Der Besteller stimmt der Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung seiner personenbezogenen Daten in dem oben aufgeführten Umfang ausdrücklich zu. Die Einwilligung in die Speicherung und Verarbeitung der Daten kann jederzeit schriftlich oder durch Übersendung einer E-Mail an info@lapabri.de widerrufen werden. Daraufhin erfolgt die unverzügliche Löschung aller Daten, die nicht zur Durchführung der zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch laufenden Verträge benötigt werden oder im Rahmen der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung bis zum Ende einer durch Rechtsvorschrift bestimmten Aufbewahrungsfrist gespeichert sein müssen.
